Faculty members who have a 100% Research Effort are eligible to be placed in Sutton Terrace on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Faculty who have a Clinical Effort are eligible for NYP Housing.

Sutton Terrace consists of three 12-story doorman luxury apartment buildings that are home to faculty members from Weill Cornell Medicine and our neighboring biomedical institutions. The buildings are within walking distance from our main campus and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
