Lost Keys

If you lose your keys and live in Stahl, Lasdon, Olin, 77th Street, and the Feil Family and Weill Family Residence Hall, please complete this online Key Replacement Form and specify which keys require replacement.

The cost of replacing each key has been updated:

• Apartment Keys: $35.00 charge for key and a $200.00 charge for changing the lock cylinder
• FOB: $30.00 charge
• Front Door: $35.00
• Mailbox Key: $20.00

The maintenance request process depends on where you live. Please find your building below.

Olin Hall, Lasdon House and 77th Street

Submit a request online to Weill Cornell Medicine Facilities Management & Campus Operations.

If there is a maintenance emergency—such as an issue with your door lock, an overflowing sink due to a clogged drain, or other urgent problem—please call their emergency line as soon as possible at (212) 746-2288.  

MSK Residences

Submit a request to the MSK Housing Office at workorders@mskcc.org or (212) 639-3164. 

If there is a maintenance emergency, such as an issue with your door lock, an overflowing sink due to a clogged drain, or other urgent problem:

• Regular Business Hours (9 AM – 5 PM): Contact your building superintendent or the MSK Housing Office at 212-639-3164 or 212-639-7696
• After 5 PM: Contact the page operator at 212-639-7886

Stahl

Contact the Stahl Rental Office by phone at (212) 879-8020 or in person at 415 East 64th Street (first floor).

If there is a maintenance emergency—such as an issue with your door lock, an overflowing sink due to a clogged drain, or other urgent problem—please also contact the Rental Office by phone. After hours, you will be connected with the on-call superintendent.
