Stahl

Our Stahl residences are five-story walk-up apartment buildings for medical and graduate students in their second year or above. There is limited and separate inventory for *Post-Doctoral Associates. The complex is located across the street from The Rockefeller University and about a six-minute walk from Weill Cornell’s main campus. Stahl accommodations are unique because they aren’t shared—each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bath.

Furnishings: None. Residents must provide their own furniture. Each unit has standard kitchen appliances.

Utilities: Heat, water, electric, and gas are included. Wi-Fi internet is included for student housing only. 

Air Conditioning: Window unit in every apartment.
