Postdoctoral associates in Weill Cornell Medicine housing reside in Southtown and Riverwalk, our luxury apartment buildings on Roosevelt Island, and at Sutton Terrace, which is located at York Ave between 63rd and 64th Streets. Depending on apartment availability, postdocs can reside alone, with family members, or in shared apartments with other postdocs.

Accommodations include unfurnished studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and baths.

Southtown is a 16-story luxury apartment building that houses postdoctoral associates and their family members. It’s located on Roosevelt Island, which is a subway or tram ride across the East River from our main campus. Accommodations include unfurnished studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Two and three-bedroom apartment shares are available to single persons, spouses, domestic partners, or others who are not permitted to reside in a shared apartment.
