Review Expected Vacancies for the 2026 - 2027 Academic Year:
- Log on to the WCM Housing Portal and click the 2026 – 2027 Housing Reassignment link in the top left corner.
- Follow the prompts until you reach the Room Renewal, Invite a Friend, or Change Rooms page.
- Select Housing Selection from the dropdown and review expected vacancies.
- March 9: Housing Applications Open — Renew current room or create profile and pick roommate groups
- March 16: Room renewal deadline
- March 19: Begin viewing vacant bedrooms
- Week of March 23: View vacancies and determine options
- Week of March 27: Return to room deadline and Invite a classmate deadline
- Week of March 30: M2 Spring Recess
- Week of April 10: Students notified of timeslot login time
- Week of April 13: M1 Spring Recess
- Week of April 20: Room Selection
- Week of April 27: Students begin being notified of move dates
- May: Moves begin and 2026-2027 Housing Agreements are sent out
