Sutton Terrace is made up of three 12-story doorman luxury apartment buildings that are home to faculty members from Weill Cornell Medicine and our neighboring biomedical institutions. The buildings are just a five-minute walk away from our main campus and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Accommodations include unfurnished studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and baths. Sutton Terrace has many long-time residents, but apartments are occasionally available.
Furnishings: None. Residents must provide their own furniture. Each unit has standard kitchen appliances
Utilities: Heat and water included. Residents must set up their own electric, gas, internet, and cable TV services.
Air Conditioning: Window unit in each apartment.
Pets: Pets are permitted in Sutton Terrace as long as they do not damage the property or disturb to other residents. (They are not permitted in the garden.) Please refer to your Housing Terms and Conditions for details on Sutton Terrace’s pet policy.
