The Housing Department has implemented a new system for replacing any lost or misplaced keys. Effective today, Monday, November 17, 2025, residents must complete this online Key Replacement Form and specify which keys require replacement.
The cost of replacing each key has been updated:
- Apartment Keys: $35.00 charge for key and a $200.00 charge for changing the lock cylinder
- FOB: $30.00 charge
- Front Door: $35.00
- Mailbox Key: $20.00
If you should lose your keys, please complete this Key Replacement Form, and a member of the Housing Operations team will contact you.
