Sutton Terrace consists of three 12-story doorman luxury apartment buildings that are home to faculty members from Weill Cornell Medicine and our neighboring biomedical institutions. The buildings are within walking distance from our main campus and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Accommodations include unfurnished studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and baths. Furnishings: Residents must provide their own furniture. Each unit is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances.
Utilities: Water and heat are included in your monthly license fee.
Air Conditioning: Window unit in each apartment.
Pets: Pets are permitted in Sutton Terrace as long as they do not damage the property or disturb other residents. (They are not permitted in the garden.) Please refer to your Housing Terms and Conditions for details on Sutton Terrace’s pet policy.
