How do I find more information about the housing reassignment process?
A virtual information session will be held on February 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The Zoom link can be found here. A recording of the presentation and the slides will be shared on February 26.
A second information session will be held on March 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM, after housing applications open but prior to the deadline, to review the reassignment process and answer any questions that have arisen.
How is housing priority determined?
WCM uses a points system to allocate housing. For students living on campus, rising second-year students are assigned two points; rising third-year students are assigned three points; and rising fourth-year students are assigned four points.
- A student is assigned a maximum of four points.
- Students living off campus are assigned one point.
- Housing is allocated to those with the highest points first.
- In the event of a tie in points, a lottery system is used.
- Please note that students living in MSKCC housing are considered to be living on campus.
What is the timing of housing reassignment?
