The New Student Residence Hall, opening in August 2025, will be a high-rise residential building for medical and graduate students. Each apartment is fully furnished and has a full bathroom and kitchen. Building amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, basketball court, study areas and lounges, music practice rooms, and a catering kitchen. Outdoor spaces include a ground-floor courtyard and rooftop terrace with BBQ grills. The modern mail room is spacious and includes refrigerators to accommodate food deliveries. Additionally, the building is all electric and pursuing LEED Gold.
